How firm are your timelines?+
The timelines shown are active build time — the hours I’m actually at the desk building your site. They start from the day I receive your deposit and all the content I need to get going. If feedback takes a few days, or content arrives late, or a payment milestone is outstanding, the clock pauses until we’re back on track. In practice, projects where clients stay responsive tend to come in on time or ahead of schedule.
Do you offer payment plans?+
50/50 split is standard. Lunar and Deep Space can split into three milestones.
What happens after launch?+
Thirty days of free post-launch support included with every mission. Your site will be set up so you can manage it yourself with confidence — no ongoing costs required. That said, if you ever need a hand, Cosmic is available on a retainer basis.
Who hosts the site?+
You do. Your domain, your hosting, your dashboard. I’ll recommend hosts that play well with custom themes.
Can you migrate from Squarespace or Wix?+
Yes. Content pulled, redirects in place, full rebuild on custom WordPress — usually with big speed gains.
